The program targets specific demographics, promotes gender inclusivity, and encourages young people from underprivileged backgrounds as well as individuals looking to transition into new career paths. Additionally, it may focus on particular industries experiencing growth or skill areas with high demand.

Perks and Benefits
This Litzburg Upskill Scholarship Program (LUSP2024), offers the following benefits to students who will go through the program:

1. All educational expenses, including tuition, materials, certification, and mentorship, will be covered. Selected candidates only need to pay a student admission enrollment fee of N7850.
2. We also offer assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and networking opportunities to help participants transition into the workforce.
3. Mentorship opportunities will continue even after the LUSP2024, pairing participants with experienced professionals for guidance and support.
4. Integration into internship programs to gain experience into real world project and team collaboration environments.

Evaluation
Throughout the Litzburg Upskill Scholarship Program (LUSP2024), we will monitor all participants’ progress and evaluate the program’s effectiveness to make necessary adjustments. Our commitment is to empower young people by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their careers and contribute to society’s development.

Your Commitment as a Student
Before you apply for LUSP2024, please think about your goals to know if you can commit to the program. You need to attend at least 70% of the classes and work with your cohort on assignments and projects to earn the certificate. The LUSP2024 is split into cohorts and lasts 2 to 5 hours per week, and you need to commit to these hours of learning to avoid being disqualified, especially if you miss classes.

As a recipient of the LUSP2024, you have a special opportunity. We receive many applications for each round of scholarships; and unfortunately, not all applicants will be accepted into the program. We ask that you fully commit to the program and in return, we promise to support you in successfully completing the course and earning the certification.
